Preparing for Dorian and potential flooding

From the experienced (Nike on Lincoln Road) to the new kids on the block (Trader Joe’s on West Avenue), flood panels started going up on Friday to protect from the potential of flooding from a combination of King Tides and Hurricane Dorian.

The Bass Museum had a bigger task, removing the “Eternity Now” artwork above its entrance to protect it from the storm. They shared this video on their social media.

Williams Sonoma and Pottery Barn which suffered extensive flood damage after a heavy rain in August 2017, are not taking any chances with Dorian.
