Halloween parties and trick-or-treating are back. Here’s a list of some of the activities for a spooktacular Halloween on Miami Beach:
 
Zombie Takeover Lasertag

From the City's Department of Parks and Recreation: "Survive the Zombie apocalypse as you make your way through an abandoned hospital using the latest zombie elimination equipment."

Tickets sold at the door. Masks required while playing.

New World Symphony: "Concerts for Kids: Tricks and Treats"

Kicking off its 2021-2022 Concert for Kids series, the New World Symphony presents “Concerts for Kids: Tricks and Treats”
Sunday, October 31st at 12 p.m.

Doors open at 10 a.m. for pre-concert activities including arts and crafts with Miami Children’s Museum, a photo booth, and a drum circle.

This spooktacular concert was created with kids four to nine in mind. Expect "a fun-filled afternoon of tricks and treats for the entire family to enjoy."

According to NWS: "NWS Conducting Fellow Chad Goodman brings the goosebumps with the thrill-invoking classics. The program includes John Williams’s March from Superman and Theme from Jaws, 'This is Halloween' from Danny Elfman’s score to The Nightmare Before Christmas, Ritual Fire Dance from Manuel de Falla’s El amor brujo, The Old Castle and The Hut on Fowl's Legs (Baba Yaga) from Modest Mussorgsky’s Pictures at an Exhibition (arr. Ravel), and In the Hall of the Mountain King from Edvard Grieg’s Peer Gynt."

Kids and parents are encouraged to wear costumes, though note, "No functional props or weapons, including metal swords, will be permitted."

Hallowave Family Fun Fest (Washington Avenue)

Hallowave Family Fun Fest 

October 31 beginning at 3 pm

24 superheroes, dunk tank, music, food trucks, and costume contest for dogs and adults.

Washington Avenue from 5th to 17th Streets.
 
Drive-Thru Trick or Treat Street

Also from the City's Parks Department, a kid-friendly, drive-thru for children ages 3-7 (though all ages are welcome). "Journey through our Trick or Treat Street at the youth center parking lot where you will be greeted by your favorite characters and will safely receive candy."

Trick or Treat with MBPD

Sunday, October 31 at 5 PM
MBPD Headquarters and Lincoln Road

The Miami Beach Police Department will distribute candy to trick or treaters on Lincoln Road and Meridian Avenue beginning at 5 p.m. as well as on Washington Avenue at MBPD Headquarters, located at 1100 Washington Avenue.
 
Halloween on Lincoln Road

Sunday, October 31 beginning at 5 pm

Halloween Night on Lincoln Road 
Every year, costumed revelers take over Lincoln Road Mall with families earlier in the evening, followed by a more adult scene later. 

Trick or treating for the kids from 5 to 7 pm. The City and select Lincoln Road businesses will hand out candy.

"At 8 p.m., Lincoln Road will transform into a vibrant catwalk for costumed revelers and visitors. Throughout Lincoln Road Mall there will be three mobile bars with music from local DJs on four entertainment stages facing north along the side streets."

Miami Beach Fire Stations will be open to trick-or-treaters for Halloween. Guests can take photos with a firefighter, a fire truck or both.
