North Beach National Register Conservation District Overlay: Discussion only at last meeting due to a title change which required renoticing to the public. Creates an overlay for the RM-1 Zoning Districts within the North Beach National Register Districts and includes specific development regulations for demolition standards, lot area and width, platted lot aggregation, unit size requirements, off-street parking requirements, building heights and roof-top additions, setbacks, design and resiliency standards, parking design standard.
