Voters Guide to the 2020 Election and Miami Beach Ballot Initiatives:

Six local questions on the ballot this year

Voters in Miami Beach, in addition to national, state, and county elections, will also decide on six ballot initiatives, three of which pertain to a proposal to develop and upgrade the Miami Beach Marina. Also on the ballot, three FAR (Floor Area Ratio) questions including one related to a proposed expansion of the Wolfsonian Museum.

Deadline to register: October 5
Register here

Early voting: October 19 through November 1 from 7 am to 7 pm

Election Day: Tuesday, November 3
Polling sites open 7 am to 7 pm

Local ballot questions

Miami Beach voters will be asked to weigh in on six ballot questions:

Miami Beach Marina (Questions 1, 2, and 3)

Reconstruction of original floor plates w/in interior of historic buildings (Question 4)

Wolfsonian Expansion (Question 5)
Excluding certain areas of a building from calculation of “floor area” (Question 6)
